Instant Digital Access
As a cloud-hosted platform, the majority of features (job postings, wallet additions, subscription activations) are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
Verification Services
Human-in-the-loop services, such as worker background verification or agency onboarding approvals, are delivered within 24 to 48 business hours.
1. No Physical Shipping
DutyKaro is an online gig-work matching platform and comprehensive workforce management system. We do not sell any physical products or goods. Therefore, no physical shipping or delivery occurs, and no shipping charges are ever applied to your account.
2. Digital Service Delivery Timeline
Upon a successful transaction on our platform, services are activated according to the following schedule:
- Wallet Top-ups: Instantaneous. Your wallet balance will reflect the deposited amount immediately after payment gateway confirmation.
- Subscription Plans: Instantaneous. Software features related to premium tiers will be unlocked immediately upon checkout.
- Worker Payments / Payouts: Escrow services are immediate, but actual bank settlements (IMPS/NEFT transfers) to workers are processed within standard banking hours, typically ranging from instantaneous up to T+2 (Transaction Day + 2 Business Days).
3. Delays & Technical Issues
In the rare event that a digital service is not successfully delivered (e.g., your bank account was debited but the platform Subscription indicates 'Inactive'), our systems will automatically reconcile the failure within 24 hours. If manual intervention is required, your service delivery will be resolved within 48 business hours.
